Cindy N. BrownAssociate
Cindy practices in the areas of criminal defense, civil litigation, contract law, and landlord/tenant, defending the interests of the everyday man. Born on the beautiful island of Jamaica, Cindy is a New York transplant, having resided here for over 20 years.
A University of Albany alum, Cindy graduated from the Charleston School of Law in 2012. While in law school, she achieved recognition on the Dean’s List and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and Juris One Sports & Entertainment Law Society. Her most memorable experience in law school was studying International Law at Oxford’s Magdalen College.
Cindy started a career in public service by interning with the New York State Assembly while an undergrad at the University at Albany. She then went on to work as Special Assistant to former Assemblyman (now Senator), Jeffrey Klein. Most recently, before joining the firm she worked as Judicial Intern with the Hon. Sallie Manzanet-Daniels in the Appellate Division, First Department.
Cindy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to exotic locations, reading, and the occasional motorcycle ride.
