Nicole started her career in law working as a paralegal with a New City, New York firm, which concentrated in Estate Planning and Trust and Estate Administration. Nicole is an advocate by nature and after several years of working as a paralegal she decided to take the next step in her career and attend law school. Nicole received her law degree from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law (Pace University School of Law) where she graduated Cum Laude (with distinction). In her undergraduate studies she was the recipient of the prestigious Chancellors Award in Legal Studies from Purchase College State University of New York, where she graduated with a perfect 4.0 Grade Point Average. She is also a member of the Lambi Epsilon Chi Honor Society and the Phi Sigma Omicron Honor Society, the highest honor given by Purchase College.
Nicole makes it a priority to listen to and honor her client’s concerns. Whether her client’s concerns be legal, economic, social or emotional, Nicole takes them into consideration in developing a strategy that yields the best solution under the existing circumstances. She understands giving good legal advice means that a lawyer must listen closely in order to appreciate and understand the client’s specific concerns, needs and values. Nicole draws on personal experience, skill, and knowledge to formulate the strategies and solutions that will help achieve her client’s goals.
Nicole considers it an honor and a privilege to give back to the community and institutions that contributed to her success. She serves on the Board of the Rockland Community College Paralegal Studies Program, which is where she received her paralegal studies degree. In addition, she volunteers her time as a mentor to paralegals and law students who are just starting out in their careers.
Nicole has a great appreciation for life in general and always looks forward to what lies ahead. She is constantly looking for new ways to grow as an individual and as a professional. Nicole has competed in both Spartan and Tough Mudder Races. She loves being out in nature, especially if it involves being on the water. She is an active supporter of efforts to preserve wild-life and celebrates Shark Week on Discovery Channel like it’s a National Holiday. Family means everything to Nicole and she spends every second she can cherishing those around her, including her free-roam rabbit, Thumper.
